Grown in the lush highlands surrounding Rwanda’s western lakes region, Ubwiza develops slowly in cool elevations known for producing coffees with depth. This dark roast draws out the richness of the bean while preserving the clean character distinctive to Rwandan coffee.
Chocolate and toasted nuts lead the cup, followed by dried fig and dark molasses through the centre. Warm brown spice carries into a long, rounded finish.
