A medium drum roast rounds the profile gently: revealing floral notes and cocoa at the opening, followed by dried plum and roasted nuts through the heart of the cup. Clove and soft spice linger into a warm finish.
Buna offers a balanced expression of depth and elegance in equal measure, reflecting a measured roasting philosophy: carefully enhancing sweetness without masking origin character.
