Its lighter roast profile preserves the coffees delicate floral and citrus character. Bright aromatics open the cup before soft fruit notes emerge at the centre, settling into star anise and fine cocoa at the finish.

Elegant and transparent, Tabot reflects the floral complexity of Ethiopian coffee.
